Job Title: Life Sales Specialist


 

Summary:

 

Provides Life Marketing and Sales presentations, on life initiatives to State Sales Management teams, District managers, and Agents in support of Life Sales Goals.

 

Essential Job Functions:

 Develop and introduce product and marketing initiatives for Life to the Field.

 Maintains close liaison with State Sales Management teams to provide effective presentations that meet their needs.

 Provides Life Instructions, both technical and sales to the field.

 Works with Division Marketing Mangers and District Managers in the promotion of Life sales to assist them in achieving their Life Sales Goals.

 Analyzes State Life Operations and recommends programs to support their needs.

 Analyzes and evaluates State marketing trends, Life penetration and product development needs and makes recommendations to help achieve Life Sales Goals.

 Performs other duties as assigned.


Physical Demands

 Physical Actions
Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, driving, standing and lifting and/or carrying 20 lbs. maximum, and seeing.
 

Physical Environment
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.


Experience and Special Skill Requirements:

Five years active Lifes Sales and Training experience.

Presentation Skills and Public Speaking experience is required.

Creative Writing Skills required.

Educational Requirements:

Four-year college degree.
