Pittsburgh, PA. 

 

MANAGER, CLIENT MANAGEMENT

 

This position is responsible for:

?  Manage the staff responsible for post-sale implementation to ensure Product Marketing annual goals are met and/or exceeded.

?  Manage the Marketing Support Analyst staff to ensure data is used effectively and efficiently both for existing business and new-to-blue sales.

?  Develop and implement a marketing communication plan and sales strategy for existing business.

?  Develop training methodologies to be used by the client managers to educate and train the end-user on web-based products.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

?  Bachelor's degree or four (4) to five (5) years experience in marketing environment.

?  Seven (7) to ten (10) years experience in sales.

?  PA Producer license with lines of authority in Life, Accident and Health.

?  MBA

?  CEBS

?  4-5 years experience with underwriting/rating methodologies, product, or medical management in the health insurance industry
