MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

 

Candidate will have  primary responsibilities for several key areas, including sales & marketing program support, Web site, sales & marketing materials,  IMC and Parent Company branding and compliance support, client/employee events and information library. Candidate will support marketing committee, marketing material organization and facilitation, and educational presentations (materials, media, & audio visual). The candidate will have project facilitation responsibilities for IMC web site upgrade as well as client use & training, maintenance, and IMC web site access.  The candidate must have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate all varieties of information clearly and concisely. They must be detail-oriented, patient, persistent and a very hands-on worker. Candidate must be able to work well with a wide variety of people. Must be self-disciplined and capable of handling multiple projects with limited supervision. Strong working knowledge of Web site maintenance. Background in healthcare or health insurance services. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) is mandatory, as well as experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) preferred. Individual must have a BS/BA in Marketing/Communications or related area and 2+ years of professional experience.
