Adecco's client a fast growing benefits firm located in Cherry Hill, NJ is looking for a
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Job Duties: Responsibilities include: creating a variety of marketing materials and collateral, researching, writing, editing, and proofreading communication documents for both print and online media, ensuring that all documents meet established messaging and branding standards; create content for marketing literature, including product materials, sales support items, presentations and newsletters, managing the internal approval process and vendor relationships; and performing other duties and special projects as required. Bottom line, this person needs to be an all-around, well rounded marketing professional with employee benefits exposure/background.

Required Job Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications with 4-6 years of demonstrated experience in a communications or marketing environment. Proven experience using the following applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Extensive knowledge of printing, production and experience with formatting, layout, and design. Proven experience in vendor management. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of Employee Health Benefits Industry is required
