Market leading company looking for strong, yet personable coordinator with 1-2 years of traffic experience. This is your opportunity to take charge. Liaison between departments to keep the Marketing Department work flow on track. Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Purchasing Sales departments. Prior marketing department or advertising agency experience a must. Excellent verbal skills and personal appearance a must. Computer savvy. Microsoft Word and Excel a must. Primary responsibilities include:

 

Plans workflow, meets deadlines, and juggles multiple projects at the same time

Routes jobs to obtain proper signoffs through Marketing, Creative, Purchasing and Sales departments

Creates and maintains weekly status reports and daily Hot Sheets

Assists Marketing Managers in preparing time and event schedules

Oversees/makes sure timeline is being followed for individual jobs

Prepares completed job jackets for storage

Responsible for the maintenance of project sample books

Anticipates traffic jams and proactively suggests solutions

Prepares status report for weekly Traffic meeting

Collaborates with Marketing Managers to arrange start-up meetings for new jobs and weekly status meetings

Makes sure VP of Marketing is up to speed on any and all project issues

Enforces company policy and procedures to help ensure compliance

Serves as liaison and troubleshoots work between all departments to ensure the accuracy of projects in accordance with established operating procedures
