The successful candidate will:

 
Develop and manage overall company business plans
Lead Marketing team to develop and implement marketing programs to increase utilization of products as well as revenue
Develop and maintain budgets
Manage other Marketing Manager and Product Managers to achieve overall business goals
Monitor and report on ROI for all programs
Insure consistent branding of all products
Evaluate and grow customer retention
Manage forecasting and planning
Conduct and report on market research

The successful candidate will have:
A four-year college degree (degree in the sciences is preferred)
7+ years in medical / laboratory sales and marketing
Oncology sales / marketing experience with working knowledge of Anatomic Pathology
Experience developing strategies and implementing programs within the laboratory community
Ability to lead a team and drive change through an organization
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
The ability to work in a team atmosphere
A well-documented successful sales track record, strong reference list, and verification of education. 
Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
