We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Markets Group located in Sacramento, CA

MARKETING MANAGER - Sacramento, CA

Responsibilities:
Serve as the property team's primary resource for research and to lead marketing efforts ensuring that Jones Lang LaSalle marketing philosophy (three platforms: Marketing for Leasing, Marketing for Sales, Marketing for Additional Revenue), tools and core practices are effectively implemented
Provide superior client service for maximum client satisfaction
Develop and implement the entire marketing programs for the retail center that are based on the center's strategic goals
Three main areas of focus are Marketing for Leasing, Marketing for Sales and Marketing for Alternative Revenue
Daily administration duties/tasks as well as financial reporting and forecasting
Business analysis of retailer sales and statistical analysis
Research, public relations, media buying and analysis of results of programs are also included in the position

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or related field
Minimum of three years in the retail arena or comparable experience
Experience in managing budgets and sponsorship revenue generation is a plus
Experience in special events coordination and management
Shopping Center experience preferred
CMD designation is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency
