Summary : 
Detail-oriented Quality Assurance Team member needed to perform technical quality assurance reviews and assist in the documentation of various IT ISO processes. Position Responsibilities : 
Review and analyze programming systems including coding, testing, debugging and installation support for an application system. Apply Systems Quality Assurance processes and perform Quality Assurance tasks. Become familiar with the various business practices in which MSS/MIS is involved. Write and review technical specifications. Review reports and data in detail and document all steps. Review SQL stored procedure. Review database design. Document and review network architecture. Maintain IT ISO work instructions. Ensure adherence to Ford Security Protocols. Execute test plans. Use of software to Load Balance new and existing applications. Participate in meetings with company management as required. Promote and encourage quality throughout MSS/MIS. Qualifications : 
2 or more years industry experience perferred. Experience with the operations of a web-hosting data center, which interactively supports call center and database applications. Skills : 
The candidate will need to be a resourceful, multi-tasking team member who requires minimal supervision. Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Access and SQL. Effective oral and written communication skills. High level of professionalism and reliability. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Effective written and verbal communication skills. Capable of working under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal skills.Education : 
Bachelor?s degree in business or related field.
