The Job

 

Our rapidly growing Seattle office is currently looking for a Management Supervisor.  The Management Supervisor is responsible for the overall development and profitability of assigned account(s) and development of the account management staff. The incumbent manages the company?s resources to ensure highest quality solutions are provided to maintain and grow the Client?s business.

 

 

The Successful Candidate

 

You routinely strengthen and expand relationships with key clients in an agency, consulting, or sales role.  You may have a background with a software company or in a technical environment.  You are a leader who has successfully supervised the development and implementation of strategic and direct initiatives across disciplines.  You collaborate with the client to establish goals and budgets, recommend options and solutions to competitive market conditions, and manage agency resources to ensure synergistic and a quality experience for the client. 

You effectively track, report on, and regulate major client issues, significant business development opportunities, and results.  You foster effective team relationships that facilitate workflow within your team.  You ensure that senior management is up-to-date on account activity, opportunities and challenges and assume responsibility for overall management and development of your team members, conducting performance management and goal assessment of staff.

 

 

Specific Requirements

 

? 7+ years of direct marketing experience with an integrated marketing perspective. 

? Knowledge of all agency or consulting functional areas; including production, media, research and database

? A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in an agency environment.

? Outstanding and persuasive client-facing and relationship management skills.  Ability to partner well with clients and team members.

? Experience leading client projects in a technical and/or marketing environment.

? Dynamic leadership, management, and team-building skills.

? Ability and proven track record of new business development.

? Successful track record managing multiple client assignments.

? Excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional presentation skills.

? Ability to think strategically.

? BA/BS degree required. MBA preferred.

? Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
