This team markets several Microsoft products to small businesses with 2-49 personal computers. As Management Supervisor you are responsible for strategic and creative guidance for 29 Microsoft markets worldwide and your key focus this year includes two huge product launches for the new ?Vista? operating system and MS Office 2007. Management Supervisor Summary
Directs the creation of outstanding work that results in success for our clients by overseeing the strategic direction and overall success of assigned accounts. Demonstrates leadership in three key areas of responsibility:

Quality of Creative Product
?Is responsible for the overall quality of work on assigned accounts/campaigns
?Involves all team members across the agency; keeps everyone informed and working cohesively

Quality of Client Service
?Maintains contact with all levels of client group, particularly team leaders
?Generates innovative ideas to further the client?s business
?Provides channel neutral recommendations placing clients? needs first and integrating/involving sister agencies when appropriate
?Integrates other departments if necessary when planning/providing strategies for the client
?Reviews all budgets and spending estimates immediately; conduit to client of issues/discrepancies
?Coordinates and insure collaboration with various agencies within the McCann network (i.e. event planning, interactive, etc.) in support of the client?s communication objectives.

Internal Relationships/Management:
?Leads the daily operation of each account, including supervision and training of staff
?Has ?bottom-line? P&L accountability for assigned accounts including profitability and recoverability
?Develops strong Account Management teams through positive leadership skills
?Manages, coaches and develops team(s) ? AS, AE, AAE, etc.
?Develops/maintains positive relationships with other departments at MRM
?Leads by example through effective collaboration and professional management in adverse situations
?Prepares team performance reviews

Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years advertising/marketing experience (at least 3 years of AGENCY EXPERIENCE) - SOME DIRECT MARKETING IS REQUIRED Technical knowledge of all aspects of the direct marketing industry Major brand experience REQUIRED, ideally with some technology Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal departmental relationships Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Team builder Strong problem-solving skills Understands the power of a brand and relationship marketing?s role within the marketing mix Significant self motivation and client management skills Willingness to travel at least 2 x per month Bachelors degree
