Manager, BSD Marketing

 

Responsibilities: 

 Leads the development and execution of contact and communication strategies to enhance the effectiveness of sales and marketing tactics.  Leads the rollout of divisional and cross-channel campaigns.  Drives execution of commissioned research projects.  Amplifies findings and assures appropriate distribution of insights to internal stakeholders.  Provides tactical support to catalog production processes and leads coordination of national rollout efforts.  Supports sales tool, collateral and communication production as required.  Develops a standardized idea/concept generation and management process.

 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience. MBA degree preferred.  Minimum of five years experience in Direct Marketing or Communications.  Direct Sales experience in Business-2-Business. Exceptional oral and written communications skills.  Detail oriented, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.  Strong relationship development and management skills.  Strong program development and management skills.  Motivated, self-starter able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

 

Other Information:

Direct Marketing experience. Catalog Marketing a plus.  Strong project management and problem solving skills. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Project, Powerpoint and Visio.
