Overview:

Our Client, a leading financial institution is looking for a Manager of Banking and Lending Services.  This individual will be responsible for helping to drive revenue with strategically targeted marketing programs for financial products and services. Develop, coordinate and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for securities-based and non-purpose lending products, banking services and Business Services (business lending, business advisory and cash management tools) supporting the strategic focus of the retail division.

 

Specific Responsibilities Include:

?  Develop expertise in securities-based and non-purpose lending products, banking services, business services and related products and services across the firm.

?  Help to develop annual and quarterly marketing plans for securities-based and non-purpose lending products, banking services and business services. 

?  Develop targeted Marketing programs to identify Financial Advisors and their clients who may benefit from select opportunities, and manage the communication of these programs to the sales force.

?  Develop appropriate sales tools to support campaigns.

?  Develop a creative brief for all new marketing materials, providing strategic direction throughout the creative process and reconciling suggested changes.

?  Manage the creative development process, including reconciliation of all changes and version control; supervise the production of all marketing materials, both print and electronic including collateral, web sites and seminar presentations.

?  Work with Marketing Research to develop and execute ongoing competitive monitoring and client/FA satisfaction tracking systems, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of key trends and measures.

?  Work with Client Data Team to develop and test segmentation models to guide marketing and sales initiatives and to develop tracking capabilities to monitor campaigns.

?  Support marketing director in development and deployment of an effective look, feel, tone and manner for materials within the firm?s brand architecture across the broad spectrum of communications and marketing materials.

?  Coordinate the legal and compliance approvals of marketing materials and oversee compliance with SEC, NASD and other regulatory agencies.

 

Requirements:

?  Financial Services marketing experience within a similar corporate environment; experience in sales-driven organization with financial or wealth advisors preferred

?  Desire to expand knowledge around securities-based and non-purpose lending products, banking services and business services

?  Strong written and verbal communication skills ? must be able to comprehend and communicate about specific financial products

?  Strong critical thinking skills ? must have the ability to understand complex financial and legal concepts

?  Prior experience Personal Trust, Wealth Planning and Financial Planning marketing highly desired; understanding of sales process preferred

?  Relevant financial licenses preferred but not required (Series 7, Series 24)

?  BA/BS in Marketing or Business with 5-7 years related work experience
