JOB SUMMARY:

In conjunction with the Global IT managers, develop IT strategic applications path for all front-end applications including configurators and Order Entry. In conjunction with the Global Business Technology Shared Services manager, develop IT strategic infrastructure / architecture plan for all front-end applications. In conjunction with the IT PMO, develop and maintain detailed strategic plan for IR ST configurators and Order Entry systems, including timelines, human resource plans and funding plans. Globally execute IT governance plan to drive complete transparency in area of IT spend. Provide annual staffing forecasts and communicate updated IT staffing needs by quarter to the Shared Services group. Demonstrate business improvement through relevant front end metrics (i.e., revenue in, new customer development, etc.). Rationalize legacy applications and technologies appropriately according to strategic deployment path. Flawlessly execute all front-end initiatives on-time, on-budget. Ensure 100% compliance with front-end SLAs.
