ACCENT LLC, a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, is currently looking for a Manager of Strategic Marketing in our Jeffersonville, Indiana office.

Position Summary

Oversee the development of all marketing campaigns, proposals and strategic guidance offered to ACCENT clients. Work closely within all ACCENT departments i.e. Call Center Operations,IT,Lettershop personnel,Finance..to ensure current programs achieve optimum results ensuring client satisfaction, profitability and business growth. Serve as a resource to Marketing Directors on all marketing initiatives. Proactively seek out and implement process improvements and client account enhancements.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

? Must be able to work autonomously to develop, propose, implement and analyze all executable and results for client accounts.

? Identify areas of improvement in all current campaigns and implement necessary changes to drive results and profitability.

Work closely with call center teams to implement and maintain excellence in day-to-day operations.

Have a strong affinity to detail;can readily create and respond to data/trend analysis.

? Serve as the marketing strategies resource for all new campaign designs.

? Proactively search out new marketing techniques and information to be shared with the MD Team and incorporated into new and existing campaigns. Develop Marketing resource manuals.

? Interact and help coordinate projects among relevant departments, including Bus Dev, Finance, IT etc.

? Work closely with ACCENTgraphics to evaluate existing creative and help develop new and enhanced creative for all accounts when necessary.

? Develop teamwork and synergy among Marketing and Operations personnel.

? Assure accurate billing and invoicing is completed as needed.

Have a working knowledge of database technology and customer service platforms. Can interface easily with technology teams.

? Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Specifications:

Operation telemarketing experience preferred.

? Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree desired.

? 5-10 years marketing experience preferred

? Strong process implementation and documentation skills.

? Effective written and verbal communication skills.

? Proven leadership ability.

? Proficient with PC?s and Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) Software.

? Excellent interpersonal skills.

? Strong team player.

? Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable.
