Manager, Production Measurement

Description:
Responsible for establishment and tracking of metrics, reporting upon and improving the effectiveness of production and pricing workflow processes within Production Services. This work will be accomplished via the reporting functions of the print production tool Noosh, the print procurement tool Cirqit and other systems. The successful candidate will become an expert user and administrator of Noosh and Cirqit.



Key tasks include include liasing with the Marketing Calendar team, Business Partners and Production staff to plan print production work across Ameriprise and RiverSource and provide strategic input to the planning process. Provide the Director and Vice President of Production Services with demand management and financial impact data by developing, maintaining and performing regular and ad hoc reporting of Production Services Service Level agreements, cycle time, financials and volume via Cirqit and Noosh. Preparation of data and presentations to management for understanding and actions relating to Production Services. Assist in development, implementation and monitoring process for inventory management. Provide analysis and reporting with specific, actionable data to production managers and vendor management team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in analytical and planning processes. Familiarity with financial reporting and industry standard tools (Excel, Powerpoint) required and experience with Noosh or Cirqit a plus. Attention to detail, accuracy, mathematical acuity and ability to identify trends, issues and opportunities quickly from large volumes of data a must. Strong operational tactician with ability to contribute effectively to strategic work. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with driving results in a changing and challenging environment. Ability to handle a high workload with multiple high priority tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, and will have the ability to build structure and define roles while executing existing work. Ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
