Manager - Retail Marketing

FINANCIAL FREEDOM SENIOR FUNDING CORPORATION, a subsidiary of IndyMac Bank, F.S.B., is the nation's largest provider of reverse mortgage products and services to the senior community. This dynamic industry has been growing at a rate of more than 40% per year.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the selected candidate will implement marketing plans as outlined in our marketing strategy plan for the Retail Reverse Mortgage Division. The scope of the responsibility will include that at the Corporate Marketing level down through geographic Marketing Areas and individual Reverse Mortgage Specialist marketing efforts.

The candidate must be able to recommend, plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns of all magnitudes. Must have experience in developing print and collateral materials, working with advertising and public relations agencies, and print vendors.

Must demonstrate the ability to develop solid working relationships with internal clients (Retail Sales Dept, FF and IndyMac Legal and Compliance, Best Practices, IT, Executive management, etc.) and position him/herself as the go to person for marketing expertise with Area and Regional Sales Managers within an aggressive, results driven, customer centric sales organization.

Ideal candidate must be an organized detail-oriented marketing professional with excellent project management, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

Must possess strong written/verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and to control and manage multiple marketing initiatives is essential.

A Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications and/or a minimum 5 years marketing experience.

2 years Financial Services experience.

2 years Management experience.

Must understand the media and creative process start to finish as well as the ability to track results and conduct post campaign analysis.

Excellent follow through, people skills, encompassing exceptional client service skills, is a requirement.
