The successful candidate will have the following:

?

Bachelor?s degree in Business or Marketing from an accredited university.? Experience in sales or marketing and promotional product/program launches.? Minimum of two years experience in the hardware industry.??Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and a high proficiency in data manipulation and reporting.? Must have knowledge of standard marketing principles that include (but are not limited to) pricing, packaging, promotion and advertising, distribution, integrated product development, and competitive market research.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

?Supervise one to two employees in the Marketing Department.Lead communication with sales force including direct sales and rep. groups.?Direct efforts to fulfill sample and show requests for sales force and customers.?Work with sales force to develop and execute trade shows annually and Graphics team to plan collateral and visual needs for events.?Write and create sales materials and presentations.?Develop program budgets for field research and promotional projects.?Conduct field research surveys as well as consumer contests.?Lead and develop new sales initiatives (pricing, new product launch, new customers, new distribution, excess inventory.)?Identify and promote slow moving inventory opportunities.?Analyze the profitability of new programs for new and existing customers; make recommendations for improvements to the sales force.?Guide initiatives through the new product process to a successful market launch.?Determine acceptability of product quality control issues for the marketplace.?Communicate with consumers to capture new product or service recommendations, evaluate the opportunities, and lead efforts to execute the proposals.
