SNAPS (www.snapsinc.com) is a twenty-year old software and software integration company headquartered in Roswell, GA. SNAPS is seeking to fill the newly created position of Manager of Lead Generation Programs.

 

The Manager of Lead Generation Programs will recommend, develop and execute a wide variety of direct marketing programs to support the acquisition of new customers. This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven history of success in creating, driving and executing B2B direct marketing programs.

 

An entrepreneurial approach will be critical to your success; in addition to strategizing and driving the programs, this position is hands-on in the day-to-day management and execution of all aspects of direct response campaigns. This includes budgeting, deployment, analysis and reporting.  "This is not a sales position". 

 

Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated lead generation marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, seminars, webinars, etc.  Develop, script, rehearse and measure telemarketing programs with our in-house telemarketing department.Work with sales management to ensure all leads are captured and tracked.Maintain scoreboard of Key Indicators.Continually seek out and recommend new creative lead generation activities.Manage internal marketing list for future campaigns.Work with webmaster, coordinating use of websites as a lead generation tool.

 Job Requirements:5-10 years successful direct marketing experience, running multiple campaigns across various segments. Critical analysis of campaign results & impact. A clear understanding of the Document Workflow market. Experience with segmentation, A-B test design and program evaluation. Ability to write clear and compelling lead generation copy. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize activities to deliver on commitments. Comfortable with rapid change including multiple, parallel campaigns. Excel working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple directions.Proven strong organizational, analytical, communication and presentation skills.Create and maintain marketing calendar.Create customer success stories.Fully utilize all marketing co-op dollars and maintain the marketing co-op binder. Properly utilize GoldMine CRM systems, completing all required fields and updating information as needed. Proven P/L responsibilities managing marketing budgets.Proven proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to collaborate and lead internal and external teams. Good problem solving skills, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. Professional image (in speech, dress and manner)

 Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk or sit for an extended period of time.Ability to carry documentation, laptop computer and accessories, and audio-visual equipment as neededAbility to pull, push or lift at least 25 lbs.Ability to type.Communication skills using spoken word.Ability to see within normal parameters.Ability to hear within normal range.

 Work Location / Travel :

Usual work location is in assigned office at corporate headquarters.Travel requirements will vary, but travel is usually minimal.
