Manager of Marketing Operations

Central Restaurant Products is a distributor of restaurant equipment and supplies.  We sell everything from walk-in coolers to salt and pepper shakers.  Our 260+page color catalog mails throughout the U.S. to our customers, which include restaurants, schools, hotels and various governmental entities.  We are privately held and have experienced steady growth for over 25 years.

 

Central Restaurant Products is currently seeking a Manager of Marketing Operations.  This person will be responsible for project management, timelines/deadlines, staff supervision, budgets, and for driving the overall key marketing strategies and programs.  Extensive web/internet direct marketing experience as well as business to business catalog expertise is critical for this position.  This individual will take a ?hands-on? approach in providing leadership and direction to our marketing team. 

 

To be considered, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

 

?  Successful management level track record with direct staff supervisory experience.

?  Experience in all areas of marketing including B2B marketing, e-commerce sales, catalog sales and website development.

?  A minimum of 5 years experience in the production/preparation of marketing communication materials  

?  BA/BS in Marketing, Communication, Graphics, Journalism or other related discipline

?  7-10 years of Marketing Management experience, with five years in

  B2B catalogs.

?  Extensive knowledge and experience with strategic planning, circulation analysis and branding

 

Specific responsibilities include:

?  Assist in the development and execution of our company?s strategic plans

?  Managing the design and development of our company?s direct mail pieces

?  Analyzing the effectiveness of catalogs, direct mail and web to achieve continued growth

?  Ongoing management and strategic planning for our website

?  Key member of the senior management team

?  Effective time management

?  Supervising the marketing department
