Duties and responsibilities:  Meeting with key auto dealership personnel to discuss the benefits of the SAFCo lending program, overcome objections to using our lending program or company, represent SAFCo at tent sales, gather information regarding non-active dealers and develop/execute a business plan to expand business, work with Director of Marketing creating programs to increase deal volume, review marketing reports of participating dealers and maintain current business relationships.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set:

*Must have a background in sales with a history of success.

*Possess enthusiasm and the ability to work independently.

*Superlative interpersonal talents with particular emphasis on building relationships and overcoming objections.

*Interface with a variety of areas to ensure deals are funded.

*Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to generate new ideas.

*Auto finance and/or dealership experience preferred.
