CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)?

POSITION SUMMARY:

The CRM Analyst conducts research and analysis to guide the development of customer retention tools, programs and approaches

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts ongoing analysis? of the 'sweet spot' for call handle time and retention performance (point of diminishing returns)
Provides ongoing actionable recommendations and strategies based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
Analyzes untapped opportunities by reviewing key churn points along the customer lifecycle and make recommendations for programs to extend customer life
Develops scoring engines
Creates and updates churn prediction models
Assists with middle-ware and interface selection for the list pulls and Cust Svc Reps.
Develops build analysis and recommendation models to increase the average revenue per subscriber
Analyzes on an ongoing basis the the value of a saved customer and makes recommendations for continuance and/or modification of offers
Develops business plans, forecasts and budgets
Analyzes the effectiveness of existing and future global retention offers and recommendations for modifications

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in related field (MBA preferred)
7+ yrs experience in market research analysis?including segmentation strategies, customer base management, customer behaviors and market trends
Ability to create and communicate business strategies to internal clients and executive management teams based on analysis of historical performance data
Ability to lead cross-functional efforts including product marketing, compliance, finance and database teams
Excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to thrive in a high growth, dynamic environment
