The Research and Customer Insight department is seeking a Research Analyst I to help meet the company’s strategic research needs.  This group is extremely collaborative which requires a candidate who is a team player and has the ability to contribute expertise and adopt input from other analysts in the department.

 

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in consumer research methods or relevant coursework.  Specifically, these areas include: research design, data analysis (both qualitative and quantitative), report writing and giving presentations.  Focus group development and moderation experience is a plus.  The ideal candidate will have strong skills at finding and presenting the meaning and application of research findings, as well as being comfortable consulting with other analysts and clients from all areas and levels throughout the company.

 

Individuals in this position will be comfortable working both in a highly collaborative team environment, but also independently.  Candidates must have the ability to think and communicate research findings and insight – not just show people numbers. 


One or more years of experience in market research.
An analytical mind, strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to work with individuals at all levels, the ability to manage multiple projects, creativity, natural enthusiasm and maturity.
A 4-year degree is required, ideally in a social science or business field.  Masters degree a plus.
Proficiency in SPSS preferred and MS Office applications a must.
Knowledge of the banking or financial services industry a plus.
