Job Description:
Premier, international market research firm is actively looking for a Client Services Team Leader to be based out of their Manhattan location.

Job Summary:
The senior research professional who fulfills this role will be responsible for the performance, management, and development of an integrated client centered research team. This position will be jointly responsible with the Sr. Director for delivering exceptional thinking and service on every study in order to create significant impact on the client's business. This firm is looking for candidates who are effective leaders as well as strong researchers.

Requirements:

Specifically, the Team Leader will be involved in developing and implementing research, writing final reports, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. The individual will manage a team of project managers, research specialists, research analysts, technical specialists, and team assistants, and work closely with fellow Team Leaders to coordinate and implement projects. He or she will be responsible for the coordination of development planning, training, and career development for all team members, and will participate in the annual budgeting process.

If you possess:Ten or more years of market research experience, some of which is from the supplier side;A background which includes leading and motivating a team of researchers throughout the survey project life-cycle;An effective and engaging style of developing and maintaining client relationships.....
