Function:Consult with clients and facilitate transaction research and customer satisfaction programs. Spearhead assessments with clients on-site, design research to understand customer loyalty and customer satisfaction.Understand clients' business issues, apply research tools to understand/enhance customer satisfaction and develop business solutions.Manage heavy workloadDesire and ability to manage direct reports/staff.

 

Requirements:MBA8+ years of experience in supplier side research, or service oriented research.Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty expertise.Ability to develop relationships.Leverage business skills to understand client needs and develop solutions.Strategic thinking skills.Consultative skills and experience.Ability to work across internal business units.Present final deliverable to clients.Management experience.
