Market Research Specialist

 



Market Research Specialist is responsible for researching and analyzing market opportunities to collect information on all aspects of select markets primarily in support of new business development projects.  These projects include organic product development, joint ventures and acquisitions. 

 

This individual will be an integral part of Product Development Teams responsible for identifying market size, segmentation, growth opportunities, hurdles, go-to-market strategies, etc. and developing marketing plans in support of project proposals.

 

Specifically, you will:

 

Develop and implement market research strategy, and identify appropriate research techniques for obtaining data to generate strategic and tactical insights into sales opportunities with a specific focus on new products and acquisitions. Develop models to quantify and forecast market opportunities and sales results. Provide strategic and tactical analysis of research data for identified market or sales programs and projects. Communicating strategic and tactical insights to sales force and management team gained from data analysis through a variety of reporting vehicles.

 



QUALIFICATIONS:BS in Marketing 2-5 years market research experience Excellent organizational skills and time management Technical aptitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills
