Marketer – Affinity Relationships

We have an opening for a position of Marketer ? Affinity Relationships. This position is responsible for the implementation, execution and measurement of programs with membership organizations for law firms, such as bar associations, that  will generate leads for the FindLaw sales channel and drive revenue growth.

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

?  Develop marketing plans, programs, and pilots for membership organizations that expose FindLaw?s message to small law firms that belong to the association

?  Implement plans by utilizing most efficient combination of marketing tools, including space advertising, direct mail, trade shows, seminars and webcasts, and Internet sites

?  Lead cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive market launch strategies and tactical plans

?  Work with Findlaw Sales and other internal departments to effectively execute new programs

?  Track expenses and keep costs in line with budget

?  Evaluate cost of marketing tools to lead generating results, and compare to goals

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

?  BA/BS in business or marketing; MBA preferred

?  Requires 3-5 years of marketing experience in a professional business environment, performing lead generation duties involving affinity relationships, result tracking, and related marketing tasks.

?  Direct experience in the legal field or information industry a plus

?  Must possess an ability to execute swiftly and analyze results

 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

?  Successful experience working in cross-functional teams.

?  Project management skills

?  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required, with knowledge of statistical analysis.

?  Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
