The marketing position focuses on three main areas: lead production, facility tours and comprehensive reporting to LaSalle Equity Group, Inc. Each marketer will develop a basic business plan as a personal guideline to achieve robust results. We will make the customer priority number one, and will report back LaSalle any discrepancies that may hamper our marketing efforts. We will identify challenges early in the sales cycle to help provide the customer with the best solution possible, we will help defend revenue in our perspective locations by working with the administrator to help address and follow through on current resident?s issues, which could possibly lead to seeking another provider. This position will report to the Vice President of Operations.

Requirements:

1.  Four Year College Degree preferred  in Social Work

2.  Course study or work experience  in related field

3.  Travel around DFW

4.  Multitasking and Coordination ability and experience

5.  A desire to work with the elderly and provide a home like environment Responsibilities:

In House:

? Provide all tours with potential residents

? Fill out the Autumn Leaves Checklist and keep location

? Weekly updated spreadsheet to the status of prospects

? Work with Administrator and Design Director to keep rooms presentable

? Use Spreadsheet to log calls to gauge adverting effectiveness

? Help develop Marketing folder contents: Market Specific

? Order Materials from Alzheimer?s Association/ Nation Institute of Health

? Idea?s for Cognitive Marketing Items

Outside Marketing:

? Attend Local Marketing Clubs for Networking and Lead Generation

? Help Develop Business Marketing Spreadsheet & Contacts

? Use Business Vendors to develop programs (Reliant, Hospice, Pharmacies, and Ambulance Service).

Salary $ 35,000to $45,000 per year based on experience. Plus benefits, performance incentives, and retirement options.
