Position Overview

The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting senior account service managers and clients in day-to-day account activity.

The position is designed to help the right candidate learn the business ?from the ground up? while growing into an account service management role. The ideal candidate will need to be computer proficient, hard working, have a business or similiar degree (marketing focus preferred), and a genuine interest in marketing.

The position includes three major functional areas:

1) Account coordination (client contact, coordination of projects, creative input, proofing, etc.) ? 50%
2) General administrative (correspondence, light typing, filing, etc.) ? 25%
3) Media activity (press release copy, list research, etc.) ? 25%

This role will expand in terms of client contact and level of involvement based on performance.

This position is a good fit for you if you are detail-oriented, able to handle multiple responsibilities, enthusiastic, a good communicator and can generate a sense of urgency about servicing our clients and supporting the account management team.
