Marketing Analysis Manager
Responsibilities:
Manages the marketing analysis process to determine the impact of marketing programs for the TJX domestic divisions. Analyzes sales trends, department sales and customer behavior to provide key insights to assist in building the business. Draws specific conclusions that result in more effective marketing decisions.
Manages the development of ad hoc analyses for all TJX brands as requested by management, utilizing the customer database, sales database and other analytical tools. Partner with other departments analytical teams within the organization to develop comprehensive analyses to determine the impact of special initiatives on the business.
Manages custom research projects as assigned. Compiles learning from syndicated research sources.
Develops, trains and evaluates staff to ensure professional and technical growth.
Excellent knowledge of database conceps and statistical modeling techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of Excel, Access and PowerPoint required, Hyperion a plus.
Able to complete accurate and detailed results in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
