The Role:
We are looking to add a Recruiter/Account Manager to our team who really knows general IT, back-end web, and ideally, the Marketing/Data Analytics space. This position is focused on immediately servicing the needs within our existing and target accounts. Developing, growing and improving the quality of the consultant pool will be the primary key to the success of this position. Growth is accomplished by surpassing weekly recruiting goals, following-up frequently on existing business, responding urgently to multiple order requests, and uncovering new business opportunities.

The Recruiter/Account Manager will also develop deep and consultative relationships with their working consultants by solving problems and resolving issues with tact and professionalism. By end of year one, this Recruiter will have increased the market's talent pool significantly with new candidates in the areas of Data Analytics & Modeling, Database Development/Management, Client Server and Web Development, and CRM Analytics.

Additionally, the successful Recruiter will have solid experience filling IT, back-end web and Marketing Analytics positions, capitalizing on opportunities in consultative, value-added and high volume supplemental staffing. The Recruiter will do all this and more in a team environment where they will be expected to share information and contribute to the overall office success.

Requirements:

* Must have significant experience recruiting for general IT, back-end web, and data analytics positions in a services industry. Hands-on Marketing Analytics candidates will be considered, if these skills are paired with any recruiting experience.

* Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and partner with clients to help them meet their business goals.

* Familiarity with developing and implementing recruiting plans and tactics to hire new consultants, conducting daily recruiting/interviewing calls, and networking is expected.

* The candidate should have experience in IT and data analytics services, using a structured recruiting process to locate a consultant base of those who have worked successfully within Fortune 1000 companies and mid-size businesses.

* A BS degree is preferred.

* The person selected will be able to demonstrate a track record of acquiring, placing, and growing consultants with varied experience.
