Job Overview 

You will be responsible for the efficient secretarial and administrative support for the Marketing department reporting to the on-site Marketing Supervisor.  You will assist in the planning, coordinating and implementing of promotions and mall events.  You will support and assist in the developing, managing and executing of the overall marketing plan for the mall.  You will also assist with the maintenance of the property?s website.

 

Job Responsibilities Support marketing strategies for the shopping center including;Assist with the implementation of seasonal marketing campaigns to increase mall trafficProvide administrative support for event coordination (Santa, Easter Bunny, Fashion Shows etc.)Help organize grass root marketing efforts within each community Help facilitate the creation of collateral materials to support marketing campaignsCoordinate distribution of mall newslettersInterface with merchantsSolicit tenant participation and cooperation on an on-going basisSolicit local organizations, community groups and charitable programs to participate in mall sponsored eventsAssist in monitoring marketing spending versus the budgetCommunicate internally on all aspects of marketing practiceAssist with recruitment and procurement of temporary labor when appropriate Help organize and arrange in organized manner all documentation needed for accurate and timely payment disbursements to outside vendorsOversees all necessary paperwork and monetary functions to reconcile gift certificate program on a daily basisAssist with all documentation gathering for assessment purposes, including sales tracking forms, photos, surveys and printed collateralAssist with managing and coordinating all events, including exhibitions, tradeshows, direct mail marketing campaigns, sponsorship, community relations and celebrity appearancesAssist with the supervision of the customer service staffing and scheduling
