Marketing Associate II
This position provides tactical leadership to planning and executing commercial programs aimed at cross-selling IDEXX Companion Animal Group products or services in the U.S. and Canada. The Marketing Associate's work will result in (a) a higher customer value due to the ease in doing "deals" with IDEXX and (b) an IDEXX benefit in streamlined processes and tools for cross-selling. Its key metrics are (a) average product penetration in targeted customers and (b) average NPV of placements or closes.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or science. MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of three years experience in Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, Finance or related industry. Global experience a plus.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work in teams, and lead teams through sound project management. A fast learner with strong communication and analytical skills (advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database software preferred)including basic financial tools (NPV). Organization skills; drive and intiative will help succeed. Ability to interact with all levels of management and functions particularly sales and marketing. Comfortable to interact internally with customers.
