Marketing Associate, Partner Programs

 

We are looking for an energetic individual to manage and develop the US non transactional revenue (NTR) partner program. The individual would be responsible for managing the site advertising, partner cross-sells on the site, and list rental programs; developing new partners; developing new programs leveraging the assets that VistaPrint has available.

 

Responsibilities include (but not limited to:)

 

Manage, coordinate and optimize current US NTR channels and partners to meet quarterly revenue goals.

-  Monitor overall program performance

-  Work with vendors to set-up tests to optimize programs; review/interpret results

-  Interface with customer care, engineering and accounting to manage program operations; ensure that all groups are coordinated and aware of new programs and test

 

Market the existing programs to new partners to generate additional revenue

-  Develop target list of companies

-  Sell programs/packages of programs into these companies generating at least $100k/month in incremental revenue

-  Specifically grow the list rental and site advertising revenue to $100k/month in revenue

 

Source and develop new partnership channels in the US

-  Develop process to review competitors and large online retailers and identify their largest partnership program revenue generators

-  Identify 2-3 new partnership opportunities each quarter

-  Develop test plan and pricing for opportunities; launch and develop channels



Qualifications and Experience:

 

-  Bachelor?s degree in business or related field required. Marketing degree a plus.

-  3-5 years marketing or sales experience required. Online marketing experience a plus

-  Affinity for, and experience working with accounting, specifically billing and tracking invoices/receivables

-  Experience with sales support/proposal writing

-  Program/project management experience

-  Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment

-  Detail oriented and precise, self-motivated and able to work independently

-  Proficient in the use of MS-Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-  Strong marketing sense to help improve and grow program revenue

-  Ability to focus on processes to simplify program operations for scalability

-  Ability to interface with technology and customer care resources

-  Strong analytical ability, including ability to review program trends and identify issues and anomalies
