Marketing Brand Manager- Retail

Reponsibilites will include driving Retail brand marketing strategies within the Business Unit that inspire and connect consumers to the retail outlets. You?ll oversee accounting marketing programs that drive incremental revenue, profitability and brand impact for the company and retail partners. You?ll engage key business leaders in strategic planning to ensure Retail Brand Marketing demand creation is aligned and drive integration between all of the unites. You?ll develop long-term retail brand marketing marketplace strategies and elevate seasonal retail concepts, presentation installations/curations and tell unified, cohesive brand stories. You?ll also drive non-traditional approaches to brand leadership, including setting a retail brand management strategy; drive an integrated, goal oriented sales and marketing process that is executed from selling to retail with creativity, excitement and consistent brand messaging. You?ll ensure performance excellence and sales at retail through the appropriate mix of managed space, controlled space, creative installations, shop assortment, merchandising support, education, etc. You?ll oversee the evaluation of market conditions and recommendations for the brand and lead teams that analyze, prioritize and make appropriate financial discussions for space management, visual merchandising and account marketing; and build a strong partnership and influence. You?ll act as a core member of the leadership team; manage budgets and resources to ensure maximum efficiencies and develop, manage and operationalize short- and long-term goals critical to success. In addition, you?ll ensure the identification of market trends/best practices and develop recommendations to enhance the organization?s position.

 

Qualifications

 

? Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing

? MBA Preferred

? 8 years experience consumer products, marketing and retail with emphasis on retail space management and development

? Experience creating long-term strategic plan for retail

? Experience with a fashion or sports retailer an asset

? Budget management experience.
