Marketing Business Analyst

The Marketing Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and understanding information from a broad spectrum of locations to help define trends within RCI.  To do this, the business analyst will interact with several groups within RCI (revenue management, marketing, call center management) to build out reports and presentations based on his/her findings.  The marketing business analyst will help in the implementation by working with the operations group (marketing) to execute the strategy.   The ideal candidate is a self starter with an ability to help motivate teams in order to achieve their goals.  The analyst must be able to think outside the box and use resources that may not be obvious to most.  The position will report directly to the Director, Marketing Operations and Strategic Implementations






BA or BS is required. (Business or Marketing background a plus)

Ability to gather and document information based on business needs and industry trends.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Providing insight, implications and recommendations based on analysis of key findings.

2-3 years of experience in the research or business analysis field.

Ability to interpret data for ongoing enhancement of marketing plans; experience with quantitative analysis required

Strong writing, communication and presentation skills

Big 4 consulting or services experience a plus.
