Marketing - Circulation Coordinator

Advance your career with a multi-offer, national direct mail marketing company that is on the move. We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Circulation department as Marketing - Circulation Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple direct mail processes, including merge-purge.

Provide back-up support to Circulation Director for list analysis and data management.

Assist in development and analysis of internal and external circulation plans.

Create, analyze and approve various circulation and list processes.

Read and interpret database information and other analytical reports.

Interact well with others at all levels in the Company, Finance, Merchandising and Operations.

Conduct business with persons outside the Company in the course and scope of the required assignments for list modeling, zip analysis and cost analysis.

Create and maintain forecast schedules for multiple offers.

Must maintain high degree of error free results and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

Must demonstrate strong analytical skills.

Posses a proven aptitude for numbers; know list segmentation, modeling, file layouts, merge-purge procedures.

Must be detail oriented.

Strong PC and database management skills.

Excellent interactive, written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to interact well with others while working well independently.

Show initiative and judgment in problem solving while handling multiple tasks on a routine basis.

Excellent attendance and ability to maintain flexible schedule.

Experience with multi-direct marketing offers.

College degree is helpful but not required.
