Marketing Communications Coordinator

BTX Window Automation, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of motorized window coverings located in the NE Dallas area. We are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator seeking an entry-level position in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

? Develop marketing communications material including product brochures, direct mail, sales presentations,
newsletters and exhibit materials
? Develop advertising and PR campaigns within industry trade publications
? Plan and coordinate trade show marketing
? Provide desktop publishing support for all areas
? Assist in maintaining website
? Coordinate direct mailings
? Maintain branding consistency and professionalism in external communications



Ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

? Proficiency in Quark, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Should be adept in a Macintosh environment
? Adapt willingly and quickly to changing priorities and responsibilities
? Works well independently and within teams
? Excellent writing and organizational skills, detail-oriented


1-2 years of experience is preferred, but will consider a recent grad with desktop publishing knowledge/experience.
