Job Family Responsibilities:
Role is focused on Siemens Power Circuit Breakers and ICCB product lines - our WL and SB product lines.
Key Deliverables
Define product Roadmaps and implement plans to drive agressive growth for existing and future products.
Oversee production and update of technical collateral - catalogues,manuals,application data.
key partnerships
Target marketing group - based in Norcross
German based product management R and D and Logistics teams
Modcentre based team in Grand Prairie

Note: Position can be located in Grand Prairie, Texas or Norcross, GA to facilitate interaction with product support and modcentre personnel.

German language Ability,specifically reading and verbal skills would be an advantage.

Develops very complex primary and secondary research to determine customer satisfaction levels, customer expectations, market conditions, company image and effectiveness of marketing strategies. Develops and analyzes very complex data on competitors and makes recommendations regarding product performance, pricing, financing, sales, marketing and distribution. Develops very complex market focused pricing strategies. Develops and implements very complex marketing programs, channel and pricing strategies to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products/services. Develops strategic and business plans to support market share objectives. Plans and executes business development within assigned key accounts and/or markets. Develops and implement very complex marketing sales tools.

Key Responsibilities: Performs advanced areas of work for the professional field. Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices independently. Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems.

Education: Typically BS and or BA in related discipline or advanced degree. Certification may be required in some areas.

Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Demonstrates significant knowledge of organizations business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues. Typically 8 to 10 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.

Direction of Others: Provides specialized guidance or train support and/or professional staff. Leadership qualities and role model qualities demonstrated.

Key Working Relationships: Primarily intra-organizational contacts and external contacts.
