Position Responsibilities:
? Manages all RBG Communications - Internal and External including Print and Electronic Newsletters, Field Bulletins and Employer Materials
? Manages RBG web presence and NJ Higher Ed Website
? Manages Client Communications/Confirmation Notices
? Manages all RBG Materials on eDox
? Manages Vendor Relationships
? Assists in the Development and Review of Print Materials including the Development of Revisions of all Client Communication Letters and Flyers
? Assists with department Strategic Initiatives



Position Requirements:
01. Extensive communications background - print, electronic and web.
02. Experience in web content development, lay out and flow.
03. Brand development experience
04. Knowledge and experience in print and graphic design.
05. Knowledge of the 403 (b), 457 (b) and 401 markets.
06. Series 6 or Series 7 license.
07. Excellent interpersonal skills.
08. Strong writing background.
09. Familiarity with the agency sales force process.
