Marketing Coordinator $30-$35 per hour

Venturi Staffing in partnership with a large University near Downtown LA is seeking a high level Marketing Coordinator for a long term project lasting up to 3 ? years.  This position serves in the Office of the Provost. 

 

Responsibilities include:

?  Plan, implement and manage marketing functions.

?  Supervise staff as assigned.

?  Develop publications and other promotional materials for marketing and public
relations purposes.

?  Promote awareness of dept. services through direct mail, advertising, community
relations, etc.

?  Collaborate with faculty and staff to produce clearly written material for news
letters, web and other printed materials.

?  Develop and implement market research instruments to collect data.

?  Plan and conduct surveys as needed.

 

Because of the nature of the position and the high profile contact, these individuals need to be highly skilled and have proven knowledge and skills working with high profile clients.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

?  Bachelor?s degree with 5 years thorough knowledge of marketing, public relations
and management experience. Combined education and experience may substitute for minimum education.

?  Knowledge of principals, practices, and techniques of marketing.

?  Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

?  Demonstrated creative and artistic skills

 

Pay $30.00-$35.00 per hour, DOE,

Long term contract position, lasting up to 3 ? years.
