SummaryWorking in the Marketing Communications department, support trade show management; serve as ?traffic manager? for marketing projects; manage relationships with internal and external printing and mailing facilities; work with a contact management database; and perform general administrative duties.Description?Assist the trade show manager in the execution of trade shows and events. Tasks include scheduling, packing, shipping, purchasing, managing registration, working with vendors, maintaining show plans and other documentation.
?Serve as project traffic manager by monitoring and reporting on department?s progress developing, producing, and distributing marketing collateral and other materials.
?Assist in the management of content on a corporate Web site and Intranet site.
?Use a contact management system to capture and assign sales leads and measure and report on results of marketing efforts.
?Manage the distribution of print and email communications.
?Coordinate production of internal newsletter.
?Coordinate annual customer satisfaction survey.

Qualifications?Bachelor?s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
?Two years experience in marketing communications, preferably in healthcare marketing.
?Experience with trade show, conference, or event planning is strongly preferred.
?Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
?A team player with a strong customer service orientation.
?Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and to exercise good judgment and problem-solving skills.
?Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; Web content management tools; and contact management software
