We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for our Atlanta, GA location who will be responsible for working with the BellSouth Alliance Director to help coordinate, create, implement and analyze marketing programs and materials for the BellSouth Marketing Alliance across the 9-state Southeast region. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. The BellSouth Alliance Marketing Coordinator is expected to perform some or all of the duties listed.

 

? Provide tracking for all BellSouth region marketing programs on a monthly basis.

? Produce monthly BellSouth Agency compensation reports.

? Manage BellSouth bill messaging and insert production schedules to ensure appropriate messaging and deadlines are met.

? Work with a national agency, BellSouth Advertising and branch managers to coordinate monthly Yellow Pages placement for all SE locations.

? Assist in coordinating and creating marketing materials, including website content, direct marketing materials, brochures, bill inserts, sales presentations and other BellSouth co-branded lead generation campaigns.

? Work with company?s marketing department to create marketing materials for SE branch offices ensuring P1 and BellSouth brand standards are adhered to.

? Provide assistance and guidance to SE branch offices related to sales and marketing materials.

? Recommend and implement strategies to market products and services; supporting SE region sales teams in achieving goals; and analyzing data on region?s existing and potential markets, helping to gather information used to identify and define marketing opportunities.

? Assist in overall strategy development and coordination of BellSouth lead generation and branding programs. 

? Assist with special projects and campaigns as required. 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

? Bachelor?s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

? Marketing majors preferred.

? Two years of experience in related field.

? Experience working with advertising or communications agencies preferred. 

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

? Valid Driver?s license.
