Marketing Coordinator to $65k+ - Health Services

Job Description: Real dream job for marketing coordinator with 2+ years of experience working in a fast paced environment. Health services company, located right off of BART in downtown Oakland needs someone that can adapt quickly to this challenging role. Main responsibilities include: coordinate marketing requests from regional offices, advertising firms and develop a process for requests to be managed. Will interface with direct marketing mail vendors, design team, agencies, regional sales teams and VP. Must have a strong background in advertising, marketing, and analytical reporting along with experience developing marketing plans. Need high proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Word (will use on a daily basis) and very strong communication skills, written and verbal. Will be maintaining sales tracking sheets and library binder, working with compliance on all marketing submissions, writing all internal communications to marketing teams, creating chargeback policy and program for sales dept, manage broker commission payments, assist with corporate wide marketing initiatives or projects, developing sales reporting packages including sales achievements by market, cost analysis and marketing reports, creating Powerpoint presentations for VP of sales, manage corporate newsletter, creating and delivering new benefit training for sales offices. May be assigned other various projects from VP or Executive team. 4 year degree highly preferred, excellent written and verbal communication, editing, and prior experience working with an ad agency or communication firm (preferred).
