MARKETING CUSTOMER RETENTION MANAGER

This position directs growth within the personal check brands by creating, executing, and overseeing marketing and customer retention strategies to capitalize on the uniqueness of each brand and its product line, the associated customer demographics, collateral materials, and overall customer loyalty.Develops and maintains Marketing customer retention, research, and product planning staff by selecting, directing, developing, evaluating, and coaching staff.Directs retention activities by developing, implementing, and overseeing promotional and pricing aspects of all customer retention efforts for the phone, internet, and mail channels including planning, developing, and executing collateral materials for personal check marketing programs and providing direction to the promotional planning, creative, and production teams.Provides strategic direction to maximize contribution and lifetime value from telemarketing efforts by setting direction for the development, testing, training, and implementation of promotional offers and scripting in collaboration with the Contact Center.Develops strategies to maximize existing customer relationships by executing customer retention strategies including research on customer satisfaction, buying trends, pricing opportunities, and expanding purchasing touch points; executing loyalty programs; planning customer contact and communications; and partnering with other departments to ensure maximization of customer retention and customer experience. Manages all marketing reorder expense dollars, programs, and tests and determines profitable promotional direction by requesting and evaluating all pre and post analyses, lifetime value model criteria, and other required analyses to implement all Marketing retention initiatives and insure successful execution.
