HONDROS COLLEGE, a leading provider of career education, seeks an energetic, career-focused professional to fill the full-time position of Marketing Director for our corporate offices located in Westerville (Northeast Columbus), Ohio.

 

The Marketing Director is responsible for Hondros College?s brand awareness, lead generation, public relations, web marketing and creative services.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

?  Developing and implementing an overall marketing strategy working in concert with the executive team.

?  Establishing brand awareness for Hondros College within our target markets.

?  In conjunction with sales staff, defining, developing, delivering and maintaining the promotional and procedural plans for lead generation and inquiry management.

?  Ensuring development and timely execution of marketing initiatives (e.g., advertising, direct marketing, collateral, public relations, market research and web marketing).  Evaluating for effectiveness and correct as necessary to ensure that programs are accomplishing the company?s strategic market objectives.

?  Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our target markets to insure that we are effectively meeting the needs of the market.


Minimum Qualifications:

 

?  Five or more years of professional experience in Marketing management (marketing communications, lead generation, public relations, web marketing).

?  Bachelor?s degree in marketing, business or related field.

?  A solid understanding of marketing best practices ? with experience in business to consumer and/or education marketing strongly preferred.

?  Proven ability to plan, manage, and complete complex creative projects on time and within budget. 

?  Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive management. 

?  Superior written and creative communication skills.

?  Detail and results oriented.
