The North Texas Division of Time Warner Cable is headquartered in Irving, Texas. Our cables pass over 1 million homes with many upgrades projected over the next eighteen month to provide digital cable, high-speed cable modem and digital phone services. The system provides communications to more than 500,000 customers.

Position: Director, Marketing Broadband and Advanced Services

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
The purpose of this position is to effectively target high potential prospective and existing customers with targeted messages and connect these with Roadrunner High Speed Online Service and Digital Phone in bundle concepts and develop initiatives to extend customer life to maximize Division revenue and cash flow

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Develop annual marketing plans to generate cost effective, and profitable customer growth with targeted marketing approaches
? Deploy measurable and cost effective strategies to maximize ARPU to meet/exceed Division sales and connect forecasts
? Leverage subscriber modeling and segmentation strategies with marketing sciences to maximize results and improve cost per sale through traditional and web-based marketing strategies
? Ensure a high quality customer experience on line with a buy-flow supporting bundled offers.
? Achieving measurable business results from marketing programs with measurable return on investment.
? Innovate web marketing techniques and processes across the organization, ideally in the context of moving the company from focus in mass marketing to a ?SMART? marketing approach.
? Initiates solution-driven and action oriented, creative marketing approaches to customer relationship management (CRM), promotion, advertising, low-cost branding, product selection, and fulfillment.
? Building an organization that effectively and efficiently achieves a significant increase in marketing results.

Supervise and develop staff.
Manage budget.

OTHER DUTIES:
1. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires a four year degree in marketing, communications or related field and a minimum of five years related experience in marketing strategy, execution. Cable television experience is helpful but not required. Cross-functional management experience a must.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications, strong speech and presentation skills, and familiarity with computer software. Working knowledge of CRM tools, database management, loyalty marketing program management and development.

WORKING CONDITIONS: MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT USED: Various computer software programs and telephone. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sitting for long periods of time. Typing and reading on a computer. Works inside throughout the year.
