Marketing, Field/Account Supervisor

 Position Summary:  This position requires a technology savvy individual with retail experience.  This position requires a creative, detail-oriented person capable of managing and leading a team, managing and expanding current business and ensuring professional, quality representation of Client accounts.  This is an ideal position for someone seeking a career path in sales & marketing program/acount management. This position offers direct project involvement, and mangement of 50-200 field based reps via telephone, email and in-person in a results-driven, fun and dynamic group/team based corporate culture. The team manager is responsible for Team Delegate management and training, Team fulfillment, quotas, payroll and Client work orders for assigned clients, client summary reports. Will also work closely with the Field Recruiters to develop strategies for booking Special Events. 
 



 

Requirements:

1- 2 years account and/or client relationship management experience

Project management experience

Experience managing a team

Retail experience a plus

Detail oriented

Excellent organization, time management and reporting skills a must

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

Team player

Very strong Microsoft Excel (formulas), Word and Outlook skills

Must be analytical and able to work with numbers

Occasional travel

Degree preferred
