Marketing Game Manager(Montreal)

 

Responsibilities:

You will be part of the core creative and decision-making team on a key franchise in Ubisoft?s world-class Montreal studio. From conception to the launch of the game, you develop overarching brand elements to help focus the game for maximum results, collaboratively working with other marketing organizations within Ubisoft. You report to the Director of Editorial Marketing based in Montreal.

 

Requirements and Technical Skills:



Participate in the game?s conception bringing your marketing and market expertise (market analysis, consumer tests), at times to enrich the creative expression and to guarantee a strong marketing promise.
 
Accompany the pre-production and production phases of the game, refining the promise and the communication strategy.
 
In collaboration with the Producer, prepare and present key findings to top management at various milestones.  Ensure feedback is disseminated to worldwide operational and business marketing teams to guarantee cohesion in the marketing plans.
 
Manage the Sr. Marketing Coordinator (s) in charge of communication deliverables (screenshots, demos, artwork, trailers?) for Operational Marketing.

 

Assets:



5 years of brand or product marketing experience.  Strong preference for experience in the entertainment, sports, videogame and advertising industries

 

An excellent knowledge of the video game industry and a strong passion for video games. 

 

You have a solid understanding of the various challenges in the development of a video game.

 

You have excellent communication abilities; you are diplomatic, flexible and know how to convince people.


You possess a good capacity for analysis, challenge solving and discipline.


You are fluent in English.
