Marketing Intern/Assistant

 POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for completing assigned administrative projects for Nestor?s Marketing department.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

?  Responsible for entering contact information into Nestor?s ACT database

?  Responsible for manipulating ACT database and generating reports

?  Responsible for graphic design and maintaining Nestor?s Web site and Intranet

?  Processes outgoing mail; picks up and distributes incoming mail

?  Maintains Marketing supply cabinets; interfaces with front desk Administrative Assistant for supply ordering

?  Generates routine correspondence and prepares for mail and coordinates on-line courier services airway bills (FEDEX, DHL, UPS).

?  Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

?  Ability to handle confidential information

?  1 yeare experience in Marketing preferred

?  Knowledge of computers including Windows, Adobe Photo, Illustrator, PageMaker, MAC/PC design, Internet/Intranet and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint).

?  Ability to be creative and come with fresh ideas for the Marketing department

?  Experience with internal graphics and Web site design

?  Detail oriented

?  Must have a professional appearance

?  Ability to work in a team environment

?  Ability to work collaboratively and amicably with other Company staff, vendors, management, and customers to support the Company?s activities

?  Excellent verbal and communication skills

?  Excellent interpersonal skills

?  Ability to problem solve with little or no direction
