Taylor Corporation is looking for a strong marketing leader who has demonstrated results in marketing, sales management, and operations and has the ability to drive a business/division.

 

Our ideal candidate is a proven marketing leader with a passion for obtaining results that impact the bottom line.  The candidate we seek will have a minimum track record of five years of successfully leading marketing initiatives and providing significant improvements in business results. This position has the potential to grow into a General Management role over time.  This position is located in Oxnard, California.

 

Interested candidates must have:

 

? At least 5-10 years management experience

? Desire, skills, and flexibility to work in a number of different positions

? Strong communication skills

? Proven examples of improvement in business results

? Experience in Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma is a plus
